Al Masaood Power is currently hiring for the following specialized roles:
1. Engineers
We are seeking qualified Engineers with a background in mechanical, electrical, or power engineering. Candidates should have solid experience working in power generation systems, marine applications, or diesel technologies. Prior exposure to MTU or other branded power systems will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing the installation of energy systems
- Performing diagnostics and root cause analysis
- Supervising service teams and ensuring project timelines
- Collaborating on testing and commissioning of power solutions
Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years in the energy, automotive, or marine sectors.
2. Diesel Mechanics (Trucks and Heavy Equipment)
Experienced Diesel Mechanics with hands-on knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, earth-moving equipment, and commercial diesel engines are encouraged to apply. The role requires strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with preventive maintenance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment
- Diagnosing engine faults and executing efficient solutions
- Conducting performance checks and emissions testing
- Ensuring safety and compliance standards
Preferred Experience: Agency or dealership background with certifications in diesel technologies.
3. Generator Technicians (Mechanical and Electrical)
We are looking for Generator Technicians with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. Candidates should have sound knowledge of genset operations, synchronization systems, and load testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspection and maintenance of generator units
- Troubleshooting electrical faults and control panel issues
- Installing and configuring automatic transfer switches (ATS)
- Supporting commissioning and after-sales support activities
Preferred Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a genset servicing role, preferably with multinational OEMs.
4. Diesel Marine Technicians
